HOW WE COLLABORATE
We join your team — we don't replace it.
We work alongside your existing design and construction team, bringing specialized knowledge of belongings, routines, storage, and daily household function. We do not replace your architect, interior designer, or contractor — we help them create a home that works better for you.
If you don't yet have a design team in place, we also work with a group of preferred partners: architects and interior designers who share our function-forward approach to design. We're glad to make an introduction and collaborate with them from the earliest stages of your project.

When should you join the project?
Ideally before architectural plans are finalized — but we can also join during cabinetry and millwork planning, or before fixtures are ordered.
Do you replace the interior designer?
No. We work alongside your interior designer, architect, or contractor, bringing an organizational lens to the plans already underway. If you don't have one yet, we can also introduce you to one of our preferred partners.
Will you communicate directly with the architect or contractor?
Yes — collaborating directly with the appropriate members of your design team is part of our process.
Can you review plans that are already underway?
Yes, though earlier involvement generally means more flexibility to adjust storage decisions before they become costly to change.
Can you organize the home after construction?
Yes — post-renovation move-in and organization can be included as part of the engagement.
Can you work on only one room?
Yes — this service can be scoped to a single kitchen, closet, or bathroom, or extended across a whole-home renovation.
